Well, after 9 weeks of reading, reading, reading, our first ICS Read-a-Thon has come to an end!  We are very proud of the minutes we have read over the last 60 days!  Our total reading minutes are 145,912!!!  Thank you for your hard work!  We hope this has instilled a habit of reading in you!  

Do have any books at home that you no longer want but they are still in good condition?  Please consider donating them to the ICS Used Book Sale!  We have started collecting books and will continue to collect used English books that are consistent with ICS standards.  You may bring your books to Miss House or Mrs. Miller from now until March 12^th.  The Sale will be March 14^th and 15^th from 9:30-4:00 in the Library!  If you have any questions please e-mail Miss House at kim.house@icsujb.org. Wow, it is hard to believe that we have only one more week left of the Read-a-Thon!  Our total minutes of reading are now 130,314!!  Let's see if we can read 150,000 minutes!  The Read-a-Thon ends on March 8^th, but that does not mean you can't keep right on reading J! 

We have reached our goal!!  Our total minutes of reading as of Week 6 are 101,702!!!  Congratulations on all your hard work! We still have three more weeks of Reading until the Read-a-Thon finishes on March 8^th!!  Let's see how many minutes we can reach!  

Wow, our students and teachers are reading, reading, reading!  For week 5 our total minutes were 83, 940!!!  We are almost to our goal of 100,000 minutes and still have a few weeks to make it!  March 8^th will be the end of our Read-a-Thon!  Keep up the great work!!
